I'm obsessed with this stuff... but I think Clorox bought the company??? But the products are so nice! No animal testing (except I heard in China, where they mandate it), and BEESWAX! I love beeswax. I use their baby oil for my stretched earlobes, their lemonbutter cuticle cream, hand salve, etc.
Burt's used to make this amazing moisturizer. They discontinued it for whatever reason a few years ago i've never been able to find anything else that makes my skin look as dewy and fresh Some of their lotions have more of an artificial scent since Clorox bought them out, and i'm super sensitive to smells so cant use them anymore I like their makeup. I use their BB cream
Never tried the crayons, @EloiseAtThePlaza , but all of their other lip products that I have tried are stellar. This is the most girly post I have posted here, maybe.
I'll look for them. Crayons and chubby sticks are very convenient and easy to apply. The thing is....only one place sells BB products here, and I'm not sure if the choice is all that great. I'll go when I get back home.
That's the one downside. All their balms and creams are so oily, you can't touch anything for a while after applying it. I'm also looking for a good lotion.
I was just recently pleasantly surprised; got their Honey and Grapeseed lotion, not too oily at all, and the honey and beeswax keeps moisture locked in, and it smells great
So, as a man, are you cool with buying flavored lip balm? My guy friend and I were discussing this and he said he wouldn't be caught dead buying anything but unflavored. His loss, imo.
I don't use their lip balm. I have a blistex that I inherited from my mom somehow, and a chapstick that I bought at a rave and still have.
I use some of their products, like lip balms, and face cleansers. And most of their products are decently priced.
Btw their hand salve and cuticle creams might be oily but damn they do the job. especially when my cuticles get all dry and receded, Burt's cuticle cream is the only thing that helps. I like using the hand salve especially on my knuckles.
