It was so hot that even my cats came in panting....and aren't they desert creatures? It was weird seeing my cats panting. I never saw that before in the summer heat. I think the humidity had alot to do with it , as well......heavy air.....It seems cooler now, though.... :)

yes..they are originally from the middle east area but were ruthlessly cast into slavery and forced against their will to be domesticated worldwide and fed processed garbage from a can

its a barbaric practice that continues to this day

Shall we cat lovers return our cats to the wild to eat all the other little animals, like in Australia, so it can be open hunting season on them?
Maybe we should return all of the dogs, too, as they all came from the wolf, mainly.

well of course not...it would be easier to cull them without releasing them first

need to cull the morons that import cats to islands while we're at it..

It was in the game section.....and I cannot remember the exact thread and it was about a year ago.....or little longer now.....I think you would have an easier time to look at all of your posts than i would.....but all water under the bridge now. I carried a little shock and hurt around for awhile, but am over it now....

maybe.....idk....but that is my mom and it hurt and she is not here anymore....so I guess i may have taken your funniness too seriously.....I often take much seriously...but that is how I am...and I feel words all of them. It just seemed a bit insensitive....to a person still raw from a great loss.....

We had a nice respite today of 68 F when the wind shifted direction and came right in off the Cold North Atlantic but it’s only a temporary reprieve,
we’re under an excessive heat advisory on Sunday with heat indices once again between 105-110 degrees F [IMG]

Yeah, this heat isn't going to break until next week...and every day, there are pop up lightening storms and spotty rain showers.....The news here is that 4 men were sitting on a park bench together in a few towns over and were struck by lightening. One man died and the others are in the hospital.....I heard critical for one of them, but there have been no further up dates. Tonight the sky was doing some weird lightening shows. I never saw lightening like that before....sheets of it went across horizonatally and then a zic zag would come down down like an angry sword.....and this was the entire time I was out there driving to where I was going tonight.
