Rosemary garlic pull apart bread. It was pretty good. Might cut back the baking time. I felt it was over baked.
My 1st time making bread. Crispy on the outside. Nice and chewy on the inside. Half with mozzarella cheese and homemade garlic butter and half homemade garlic butter.
Oh it was so good. The baked Mac n' cheese was definitely a hit. The pie is also a hit. Peanut butter is also homemade. No added crap. Just straight up unsalted dry roasted peanuts ground up in a food processor.
Using the pasta water is a great trick from the Italian masters All sorts of stuff... Ever use the liquid from garbanzo beans to whip up with stevia powder? Healthier than whipped cream certainly
Never buying peanut butter from the store ever again. It taste so natural. Does have to stay in the fridge when not in use. It'll get doughy if left out. Only because there are no preserves in it. Nice! Looks good too! Oh yes. The munchies kept me picking at it lastnight lol. Melted butter instead of soften butter does the trick. Gives it that chewy texture which is what you want. Instead of regular eggs. I used egg whites to make the dough. The white chocolate gives it a nice touch. Not over powering and the taste is spot on. I learned that trick when learning on how to make pasta at home from scratch. The semolina flour mixed in with 00 flour gives it that nice rustic taste to it. The sauces I make are made with natural ingredients. No cream used unlike the commercialized versions. Never used liquid from garbanzo beans before. I'm not really a bean person. I'll try it when I go make whip cream one of these days. It was so good. I plan on making it again.
Oh yes. Nice and moist. Not dried out. I have a lot left over. I've been mixing it in with my rice I eat during the week. It was a 7lb bird. I high temp it for 15 minutes. Then drop it down to 350 for 2 hours and 30 minutes. The skin is best kept on so the meat don't dry out.
