i think its more that saying that makes it seem like you spend a lot of time connected to the virtual world when you can (especially living in the city) be out there enjoying real life.

in other news i think im gonna buy a 55gal drum to burn all the twigs and shit that falls from the trees in my yard.

unplug ur webcam, or put a sticky note over the camera if its a laptop if ur paranoid

if ur own thoughts aren't even safe then the security of something like a notebook would definitely be compromised .. i'd look into one of those notebooks with a lock on it
