At the moment I am using Peet's Coffee -- 'Major Dickason's Blend'.

Just made another cup of this stuff. It gives me much better energy as opposed to regular coffee.

we have both of those places, i just don't normally shop there because most of there shit tends to be more expensive. some of it's better quality or organic stuff, but its easy to spend way too much for other things there that could be bought for much less at a regular supermarket.

i assume this is grass fed butter?

i will have to look for this stuff, and try it with the kerrygold butter & coconut oil. it definitely felt more powerful than regular coffee, and i didn't seem to get the sugar crash i normally get from drinking coffee

Kerrygold can be found at any of the better grocery stores. A lot of a shittier supermarkets won't carry it, but it shouldn't be too hard to find in a place like NYC. Whole Foods would definitely sell it.

It's pretty cheap, too -- like 3-something for a block of it.

As far as the oils separating, this does not happen when you blend it in a Magic Bullet for 20 or 30 seconds. It almost comes out like a latte, and has a nice layer of foam on the top. I also add some ceylon cinnamon and vanilla bean to mine.
