I didnt measure with a measuring spoon this time but if i had to estimate i would say i used a few tablespoons of kerrygold butter
ive never tried it, how do you get the oil to not seperate? could you use coconut oil instead of butter?
use mct oil or coconut oil. and kerrygold butter its easy to mix if you have a magic bullet or something
not sure where to get kerrygold butter but i tried it with coconut oil and wow, the energy definitely is more potent
you can get kerrygold butter from places like whole foods or trader joes. idk if they have those on the east coast though. check any type of health food store
we have both of those places, i just don't normally shop there because most of there shit tends to be more expensive. some of it's better quality or organic stuff, but its easy to spend way too much for other things there that could be bought for much less at a regular supermarket. i assume this is grass fed butter? i will have to look for this stuff, and try it with the kerrygold butter & coconut oil. it definitely felt more powerful than regular coffee, and i didn't seem to get the sugar crash i normally get from drinking coffee
Kerrygold can be found at any of the better grocery stores. A lot of a shittier supermarkets won't carry it, but it shouldn't be too hard to find in a place like NYC. Whole Foods would definitely sell it. It's pretty cheap, too -- like 3-something for a block of it. As far as the oils separating, this does not happen when you blend it in a Magic Bullet for 20 or 30 seconds. It almost comes out like a latte, and has a nice layer of foam on the top. I also add some ceylon cinnamon and vanilla bean to mine.
