It gives you hours of energy while helping to burn fat, because, contrary to popular belief, saturated fats do not make you fat. They give you energy, boost your metabolism, put your body into fat burning mode, and boost sex hormone production. They also contribute to healthy cholesterol levels. To make it you simply brew some coffee that amounts to enough for a cup or two (preferably with dark roast, organic coffee), then add about 1/3 stick of grass-fed butter and about a tablespoon or two of MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) oil. Coconut oil will also work though is not as good. You then blend it with a blender it for about 30 seconds, and you are left with what I consider to be one of the most delicious cups of coffee you can drink. Here is a pretty good how-to video I found on YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjC5HWI1MVk"]Making BulletProof Coffee - YouTube
i'm particularly interested in how exactly one feeds grass to a stick of butter. myself, i enjoy the free range butter.
Do you still need to burn fat on a regular basis, Rat? I mean I notice this advantage in your posts alot of the time but when I project it on myself I have absolutely no need for burning more fat But I still can use some changes in diet.
that actually sounds really fucking delicious, you naysayers! it sounds even more delicious with cannabutter.
That's interesting. It definitely seems to work, that guy was acting like he's on coke. I'm gonna go to that site and order the stuff, try it out. Where do you get grass fed butter anyway, fresh market or do I need to go to one of those little organic shops or a farmers market? Reason I ask is there's a fresh market by my house.
Well, I still do have a small amount of fat on my stomach. Nothing noticeable with a shirt on, but enough to cover my stomach muscles. But I am trying to get as lean as possible while also having some muscle but not too much. But yeah, if you want to get lean and stay lean, it's good to always be in fat-burning mode. You can find Kerrygold Irish butter, which is what I use, at better grocery stores. Get the unsalted one as the salted will taste horrible in coffee.
Thanks for answering :2thumbsup: Yeah, I was wondering if it would actually be healthy once you burn the last amount of stomach fat to gone on like that. But I imagine that depends on your diet and how much fat etc. you consume in order to gain muscle. If you would not be in it to gain muscle I can imagine you would have to limit your calory intake or increase a particular kind of exercise. Hence why bulletproof coffee seems not really beneficial for me personally
Me too. Good to know, thanks. I just went on the fresh market website and that's actually on sale this week. 2 for $6. Nice
