Bug Chasers and Gift Givers (MERGED)

People actually offer others money to give them the disease. I think it's really sick just in general. It's not staying young forever, it's getting old really, really fast. I would really like to understand why people would do this as well. I just don't get it.

 

It's clearly some kind of mental fucked-upness. No one in their right mind would want AIDS. I guess you can leave it at that, but it is an interesting topic to discuss

 

I can understand it a lot better, really. Like that dude who advertised on-line for someone he could eat. He got a response. I can understand the desire to eat human flesh a lot easier than I can the desire to be eaten. In this case, I guess someone who has "The Gift" probably doesn't get many offers from sane people and has to take what they can get.

I'm guessing most people here wouldn't want to sleep with a dude who they knew had AIDS, even if he did use a condom. It'd be great if y'all could prove me wrong, but...
