No... There are proper ways to fix a broken headstock, but there are no "cheap ways" to fix a broken headstock.
But it has to be the right kind of glue, the break has to be clean and clamping sorted out... I've done hundreds of them. I had one come into the shop... Owner tried to fix it himself... With superglue... Somehow in his mind gluing his hand to the back of the neck seemed the appropriate thing to do. I could have fixed it easily if he hadn't fucked with it. After his attempted repair the bill would have been higher than the guitar was worth... That and he got to walk around with a guitar glued to his hand for about 4 hours....
There is a huge chunk taken out so it is literally hanging by a thread. It was a cheap guitar anyway but still.
If it was on the cheaper side you might want to just bite the bullet and get a similar one. Do you really want to try to save it?
