    I don't know why embedding don't work the way it used to, but that's a lot of wires, I bet its a bitch to keep track of all of em, in this case I think they couldn't so they had to rip shit out and redo it.

    I see ads for Verizon FiOs all the time (Verison is the Telco in this region of the US, one of the baby bells formed after AT&T split a long long time ago) but the fact is you can't get it in the city, because all the telecom infrastructure in the city here is copper, you only got fiber out in the suburbs, cuz the Telco runs fiber to a remote switch out there cuz you can't carry a signal over copper that far from the CO.

    And the CO in the city I live is a huge fuckin building, but you wouldn't even know it's a CO from the outside. Just looks like another office high-rise.
