I do wish they would publish the name of this rapist. The entire country should know who this fucker is.

Protecting the perp. I don't get it, How about the public? Serial killer Karla holmolka here is living in a suburb of Montreal with her 3 children under an alias. Being a soccer mom and the neighbours didn't know it was her. She dismembered bodies and killed teenage girls... yet the system protects people like this.

What he did to this girl is disgusting, fractured facial bones, Strangle marks, cuts... this asshole does not deserve to have his identity protected.

 

If they published the attackers name, in any crime, do you not see the problems that would cause?

You would have vigilantes ruining any chance of obtaining evidence!
People have gotten off crimes due to hot headed people taking away any chance of a fair trial!

If your a victim! I'm sure that's easier to understand, if your someone who just wants blood, then your not going to consider that! You just want blood!

You have to consider the victim, not the attacker in this case!

But I don't agree with publishing any names till it's decided there is a crime!
Unfortunately there are far too many women cry rape, the rapist then becomes a victim, career, family life etc, ruined, remember the saying, shit sticks?

In the above case, the victim was already known, as she was missing!

 

They are not letting him out on bail so he is safe. Many articles are posted with the alleged perps name. . the original article gave the name of the perp re the black kid assaulted. how do they decide when it is ok and when it is not??
