I am not on any medication, but find it really unfair.
I expect it will be 70 for my retirement!

 

Arthur Ritus is the result of a mis-spent (Sporting) youth for me - I think (even though I am at that end of the age range) that there is a strain on our elder statedmen/women.

MRI Scan (for back) to come in Feb - following a telephone call to consultant - after previous X-Rays (for ankle and knee) point to two options
(i) Heavy Medication (ii)potential Knee hip replacement
so I chose option (iii) = Natural remedies - Arthritis is here to stay and I'll have to manage it the best way I can ... (Cannabis on the NHS?)

 

Now I know Poplo had his knee replaced.
Not asked him anything about it.
But I think they do wonders these days.

I'm not going for replacements - I'm not keen on trusting those kind of Ops
(Daughter (and Baby) = ok, Grand daughter just got over second time of Covid) = so .. never a dull moment

Actually, I agree on the knee.

 

Once pain and discomfort become unreasonable, I think perhaps you might change your mind. I had my knees replaced more than 10 years ago and I'm so glad I did and have been able to live with the small amount of pain that still persists.

Buying 'pumps' are not really suitable - you need stronger shoes that support both the side of your feet and your ankles Candy darlin'.
