I can't stand Bright Eyes...I saw him last year in Glasto and I'm being dragged along this year in Glasto to see him again...He's fucking shite...And depressing as hell...

I'm gutted not to go to glasters this year and see him again :)

I agree he is the shit and my favourite songs are 'Lua' and 'First Day of My Life' although I am sure there are many more wonderful tracks that I have yet to hear :)

No, you just strike me as a bit of a tosser, void of any sense of humour. Ho hum. :p

Anyway, back to the good stuff...I love their version of God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen and Lover I Don't Have to Love :)

I haven't but I'd like to see some of his videos .. I've seen none. I also didn't realise he had such a big back-catalogue... Im working through it to get more and more of his albums. I like his dark stuff as well as the rest... *shivers* it's grand!

I want the song 'First Day Of My Life' played at my funeral. It's full of hope, you should check out the video of it, it makes me smile and gives me a happy feeling whenever I watch it! :)

It's probably a good thing you didn't see them there, from what Rosie, Kat and the Glasto website tell me they were awful, pissing off most of their audience by slagging off John Peel, Chris Martin and Make Poverty History. I don't care how good their music is, there's no excuse for acting like a twat....

I think it'd be more likely to be alcohol... Ahh well eh... many people are twats but doesn't mean we can't enjoy a listen to that persons music :)

this made me laugh..lol..I like the word sullied and praise it any time it is used..
Connor is an amazing songwriter i think...Some songs tho I could do without but I think that is just cuz there is so much material from him ya can be choosy with it...:)

Amen to that sistah! Lover I Dont Have To Love I think may be my all time favorite..Lua is great too..so is First Day of the Rest Of My Life tho too...lol such decisions..Bowl of Oranges is nice as well....argh...
