Has anyone's wife gotten breast augmentation? What are the pros and cons? How does it affect the marriage, if anything? Just thinking that alot more guys are going to be noticing her and as often as she gets hit on now, it might be a problem down the line. She is fairly petite, 5-4 128lbs and with the size she is looking for, she will definelty get noticed.
Have her think long and hard before altering her breasts. My spouse wanted augmentation but decided it wasn't worth the risk. All she wanted was a lift and reduction (from cup HH). Lifting would have entailed adding implants which can cause cancer of the lymph node to occur. Plus there would have been additional scarring which has been known to cause cancer. My MIL had breast cancer and had a double mastectomy. After having implants put in her tits looked great until she smashed her car into a wall. The impact popped one of the implants and it leaked. Several months later she was in bad shape and had to have it removed so they took both implants out. That was it for her and she never got new ones. The damage was too great. If your spouse is attracting men well enough to sate her libido she should leave them alone. She can use bras that are made to enhance the look. There are push up styles, padded, even bras that are open for the nipples to be noticed. That is a much healthier way for her to be noticed by men than surgery. Personally I enjoy sucking on a set of real tits no matter how much they sag. It's just a different feeling without that firm bag underneath the skin. Tit fucking is better between real tits too. They're more flexible and can wrap around a cock easier. Implants may make tits look better but the feel, to me, just isn't the same. Believe me, I've sucked quite a few sets of tits and the natural ones are the best even if they're smaller and sag some. JMHO.
Thats what I've been telling her. Size isn't as important to me but she has lost alot of weight and she said these just won't do. She was a large C cup but from the picture you can see she went down to an A. She said she looks ok with an enhancing bra on but when she wears her bikinis, they don't show any cleavage. She said she wants to look as good naked as she does with clothes on
Quite frankly I have found that more than a mouthful is more than enough. I've sucked plenty of A and B cup size breasts into my mouth. They taste and feel just as good as C's and above. As I said before, man made tits just don't feel as good over all. Great to look at but I'll take a flat chested woman who is enthusiastic about having sex with me over a disinterested big tit owner every time.
@David Vanzant My partner has now undergone 3 augmentations, increasing size each time. Risks have already been mentioned. Also on the negative side she gets backache if not maintaining good posture. Finding a comfortable sleeping position is not easy either and she loses sleep and feels tired. It also has a negative affect on some sex positions (and positive with some others). This is all because she has gone from medium to large to extra large to huge. It is what she wanted, the mega porn star look. On the positive side she is way more body confident now and enjoys showing off and attracting attention. For me, I was never into enhanced breasts and her size was never an issue for me, but I supported her because it was what she wanted. Surprisingly, I quickly got used to her and now love the look and feel of them. But equally, I love small and medium breasts too, and still prefer the natural feel.
Breast augmentations, like any other surgery, can be dangerous. The obvious danger is if there is a leak in the bag. That can create a whole lot of problems. It's not worth the money. You should make your wife feel as though she is perfect just as she is.
