A Sacramento TV station is reporting that just a week before Laci Peterson disappeared, her husband Scott Peterson may have told his mistress that he was a widower.


Ron Frey is the father of Amber Frey, who has admitted to dating Scott Peterson. Ron Frey told KOVR that Scott at first told Amber he was single. Then in mid-December, Frey said, Scott told Amber his wife had died the year before.

"He implied he'd lost her a year ago. He didn't say how," Ron Frey said. "What I was hearing was he was going to try to change his schedule so that in the future he could spend more time with [Amber]."

Laci Peterson was nearly eight months pregnant when she vanished on Christmas Eve.

 

yeah, emphasis on the "changing his schedule". it was pretty hard for him to see her while laci was still alive and around.

 

Yeah, cause people who are having affairs are really being truthful.

That has nothing to do with the case

 

Of course not. Telling people you're wife is dead and then her mysterious disappearance certainly couldn't be related...not at all.....

 

read further on, blindman........ he was trying to change his schedule so he could see her more, what do you think that means?

 

yeah if all of this is circumstantial, then I really feel sorry for the guy, because he happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. although, that is very unlikely to have all those circumstances

 

A YEAR BEFORE!

Christ, he lied and said he was single...obviously she found out he was married at sometime..so he lied again and said she died.

Somehow, you think him saying "my wife died a year ago" means "i'm just about to kill my wife now *wink wink*"

No one said this guy was a good human being, but to use this and say he was a murderer? absolutely dodgy.

 

a year before????????? where is your head?? he said that to her a week before laci disappeared. and how could he keep on seeing his mistress if he has a wife. she would soon find out. Dont you think he was trying to get rid of his wife without evidence, why else would you dump the body in the water? people do crazy things when they are in love man..... just like the buttofucco case. theyd do anything to be with a person, and alot of times you dont think things through.

 

but really, what are all those circumstances?

the single hair on his boat? The body being found where he fished? Yeah, but hte police searched their 51 times and they found nothing. All this is published in the news for everyone to see..and then all of a sudden, 4 months later, the body just washes ashore? Yeah, thats suspect.

He said lacie DIED a year earlier. A person having an affair lying? My god! that never happens.

As i said, i personally think he is guilty. It bothers me that this guy was convicted with no evidence though.

 

He's guilty. Get over it.

 

You know, its funny that 'hippies' go around trumpeting about all of our civil liberties being lost and then turn around and laugh and cheer as a person is convicted with no evidence. Yeah, thats not an infringement on civil liberties or something to be weary of!

 

he also bought that boat without telling anyone about it, not even his father, who he had a long fishing relationship with. Dont you think he would have told his father this?? and he bought this boat shortly before her disappearance and his "fishing trip"??

The jurors have all the evidence sitting in front of them. We get what the press chooses to give us. Obviously, they saw enough to convict.

 

I think you forgot about the traces of cement found on the boat.

 

Does this make him a murderer? This is what the whole case relied on, this was the most damning evidence against scott peterson.

You honestly think this is enough to base a murder 1 conviction off of? to possibly send a guy to the death penalty? Because of a sketchy story about fishing on christmas eve?

You dont think there is reasonable doubt in this case? REAONSABLE DOUBT! There is no murder weapon, no cause of death, no crime scene, no evidence at all to show anything that he murdered her. That is more than a reasonable doubt. Has there ever been more reasonable doubt in a case?

 

like I said, there are alot of coincidences surrounding this whole thing...... dont you think it just all adds up?? if everything is just coincidental, then the guy surely has bad luck.

 

yeah, cause the press is gonna leave out the damning evidence. They have slandered this guy from day 1, but they will leave out the evidence that convicts him. Thats reasonable!
