there was no crime scene..no eye witness..no murder weapon..no cause of death..but you can convict a person without those things?

Heck, the circumstantial wasn't even that great. The most damning thing was that he went fishing in the 'vicinity' of where the body was found...

This whole thing was rigged..2 jurors kicked off when the jury was hung..and then all of a sudden a guilty verdict? God, i want to be sick.

BTW, the california law of where a person can be convicted of murdering a fetus applies to an 11 week old fetus and probably younger...

How you can allow abortion and have a law against killing a fetus is beyond me..but logic doesnt seem to have anything to do with the legal system.

the affair he was having!! and he continued to see that lady after his wife "disappeared". He was doing a good acting job whenever he was on television sobbing about his missing wife. then he didnt even take part in trying to find her, had no remorse, went about his life like she wasnt gone.

right but dont you think its a little more than circumstantial to have cut yourself on a boat that you took out on a fishing trip around the same time your wife disappeared and for them to find the baby's decomposing body in the same vacinity you were fishing??

and also as moonshyne stated....... he sold her stuff soon after she was found missing..... the guy had no remorse about his wife being gone or dead. and to be still seeing the same woman he was having an affair with after she was gone is just insane. If your wife was missing, and you were having an affair, would you just keep on seeing the woman you are committing adultry with, and stop handing out leaflets and flyers?? and stop giving a care about her being gone??

 

Yeah, but you need EVIDENCE, not gut instinct. My gut instinct tells me he is guilty. Reason tells me there is no evidence to convict him.

Who cares if he had no remorse? That doesnt make him a murderer. People react differently. You cant convict people on how they react to news..that isnt circumstantial..that is INSANE

 

he told amber that his wife was dead WHILE she was still alive. way before she ever went missing. Amber didn't even know about his wife being missing (and NOT dead yet, as he'd told her) until she saw it on the news.

yes I have been fishing, and Im not that much of a clutz to cut myself. and everyone Ive been fishing with never cut themselves like that. if it happens everytime you bait a hook, you must have problems with your eyesight. you know its possible to go fishing without drawing blood.

If you cut yourself and your wife dies..you're a murderer

If you show no remorse in public and your wife dies...you're a murderer
