my philosophy is I need to make what I have as good as I possibly can otherwise it's been wasted it's the reason I'm not a vegetarian actually (weird logic here) I figure if it becomes the best piece of meat it possibly can be it is worth all the unpleasantness, unfortunatly I have made some recent errors... I made mediocre lemon pepper chicken and it was a horrible dreadful thing that chicken suffered in vein for a mediocre dish....
