not very much anymore. used to drink 2-3 coffees every day, now it's a couple/week, and never when i'm feeling anxious.

i've cut back on the booze a lot lately too.

 

what about others things.. you eat an apple lately? funny ,, if i ate an apple its like I drank 3 cups of coffee..

trace your food. maybe a food making your jumpy. Rice burns fast in the belly, it can make you jumpy. Empty stomach too can make you anxious.

 

maybe i should read this book i downloaded a while ago - 'your brain on food: how chemicals control your thoughts and feelings'
