*pouts* But I can't pick just one! I guess if I have to, I'd say whole wheat or the 12-grain first, then sourdough, pumpernickel, rye...but I'd choose white bread as my least favorite. It has next to no nutritional value. I make most of my own bread, so I can add ground flax seeds and/or wheat germ to any of them for even more nutrition. I was curious how my kids would take to the flax because even though I tried to grind it into a fine powder, there were still some little seeds, but you know, they gobble the stuff up! Heck, I think they like the flax added in my breads/muffins even moreso than without!
i love all types of bread, theyre all so yummy! if i had to choose one though, i think that it would be sourdough. theres nothing like waking up on a cold morning to a warm, thich slice of toasted sour dough with melted butter on top
12 grain....but i am finding more and more enjoyment with anything and everything completely organic. tomorrow i will be trying some seeduction bread, similiar to 12 grain yay. gosh i love bread. ok, i love carbs
