    Whichaxe... I wanted to go to Humboldt State, got accepted.. but then realized cannot possibly afford it and they didn't confirm that there were no scholarships for international students until rather late.

    UCA gave me practically a full scholarship... a place in the Honours college, and 2 semesters of internships anywhere... It was an offer I couldn't refuse... regardless of the place.
