So I FINALLY got a phone upgrade (been due for an free/discounted phone upgrade on my Verizon plan for like 3.5 years haha) and went with the Samsung Galaxy SIII. This is my first smartphone and I really couldn't give a shit less about a smartphone, thats why I never upgraded even though I've had this discounted phone upgrade coming for several years now. The data plan is absolute rape, like $75/month for 2GB lol. I don't plan on using the data at all really (but you HAVE to enter into a data-plan contract if you want a smart phone), and to my understanding the phone can work in Wi-Fi which, if anything, I will just use WiFi if I need to browse the web or something. The phone ended up costing me like $80 so not too bad.

I'm an oldschool kinda guy... I just use call and text. Camera is a feature which is handy to have, but I rarely use that. Only reason I upgraded is cause my old phone would shut off randomly a dozen times a day, one of the keyboard keys no longer worked, the camera no longer worked, and the screen was cracked so I could only see maybe 35-40% of it. Plus if a text message was longer than 160 characters, it would have trouble receiving it most of the time.

But now I cant figure out how to even TURN ON this Galaxy SIII. I put the battery in, put the SIM card in (they are DEFINITELY put in the right spot, facing the right way). Charged it to 100%. But as soon as I take it off the charger and attempt to turn it on, nothing happens. No Verizon logo, no nothing. There's only one button on the whole goddamn phone (aside from the volume and camera buttons), and I tried using the touch screen by swiping a finger across in various ways... nothing. Tried holding down the button, pressing it repeatedly, nothing.

Lol.

the park bloacks had all the student groups and services out in booths and if you talked to them you got a token. four tokens equaled a drink, an ice cream, and Lebanese food!

It was pretty tasty. really simple but well seasoned.

Anyone is going to look worse after what happend to him.

They don't even have races on the track he crashed on anymore. It's so dangerous, but the public can still go there for like 10 euros a lap and there is a speed limit in some places. But even a really fast street car is slow compared to a F1 car. You will be able to handle it allot easier and have more time to think about what is coming up. I would love to drive the "the ring" as they call it one day.
