Well I was supposed to be at a cannabis festival right now but on Thursday night (before the event even officially started) a volunteer got way too drunk and fell off a roof, cops showed up, deemed the entire festival grounds a crime scene and the organizer (damnsam) is now scrambling to find another venue so they won't have to cancel the whole festival, meanwhile thousands of attendees are being told to wait in a nearby Wal Mart parking lot for further information...

What a fiasco! And such a shame... I know a couple of the organizers of this festival and its a great event which raises money for cannabis awareness and legalization legislation in NY state. They always struggle to put this festival on (both in terms of resources and finances) and the event was on hiatus for a couple years because they just could not make ends make and get everything into place... Now after this whole ordeal, I wouldn't be surprised if somebody tries suing them and this ends up being the final nail in the coffin for the NY Harvest Festival

What a shame..
