still my favorite at the moment is beet, apple, ginger, lemon juice

you really don't taste the beets I juice the whole beet with the greens on it

i like beets roasted, and the greens sauteed. i have 3 different varieties of beets (seeds) that i didnt get planted. i need some materials to build a cold frame and a walk in greenhouse so that i can at least get a few fall/ winter crops going
