braids=dreads wtf mom?

When I got mine, my mum said they looked like plaits.

*facepalm* She realises her mistake now though.

 

The only parents that understand dreads are those with them

 

Haha wow im glad my mom is cool with dreads. I do hate it when she says weird stuff like that ONce she said i need to use wax them i gave her a speech on how it was bad an what it does

 

Just a few days ago, my Dad says "Hmm... they're not as bad as I thought they'd be."

he just thinks i'm growing it for some absurd reason
