I used to be a one and done kind of guy, but then I found I could have multiple orgasms just by stroking my perineum/taint. And all without ejaculating! I don't think there is any way to know this for sure, it's subjective in terms of how powerful it feels to the person having it. Plus every individual orgasm is different.

As for girls getting multiple orgasms, well that's more common with girls, but I have had them, also have had an orgasm without ejaculating.

I noticed the same for me. Through edging I can get the same feeling as when I was a kid. I prefer to use a bullet vibrator and control the speed and location.
