im happy so many people on these forums are happy and on the top or near the top of their luck wheels. though im not quite at the very bottom with the recent adoption of my new bunny, Forest im still pretty down there for what seems like no reason. just needed to say that. and no negative replies please. ive noticed that some people here snap at other people's posts for what seems like no reason but to make themselves feel higher and look smarter than other people.

i understand free speech and im not sure what you definition of it is but i think that you should be able to say whatever you want as long as you dont intend on hurting anyones feelings. im not saying this because an adult told me it was the right thing to do but because i dont very much like getting my feelings hurt and it hurts me when i see it happen to other people. and im not trying to control the thread. i said please.

 

freedom of speach as defined by the supreme court of the united states means you may say or write anything (hell communicate anything) that does not infringe upon anyones life (screaming fire in a crowded theatre is a no-no) liberty (purgery is the one that is caused by this bit) or PURSUIT of happiness


i.e. you can fuck up someones happiness, but you may not interfere with their pursuit therin, I always thought that one was rather muddy

pretty much any ammendment is still governed by the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness bit

so I have the right to keep and bear arms, as long as reasonably it does not impede anyones life, liberty or POH

the L,L,POH is actually why felons can't own guns methinks......

pretty much covers most of those "but I have freedom of ______" so why is that illegal

it is saying that you shouldn't ignore something just because it wasn't written in the bill of rights or in the constitution, it's the one that covers everything and gives the supreme court the most power


with it I could say that it allows gays to get married, just because the constitution doesn't say they can doesn't mean it doesn't "say they can"

actually it's the most trampled, it's the one that is totally ignored because it doesn't actually say anything......

I mean there are some things that are totally within it's reasonable throw that have been illegalized (there is a city in iowa where it was just made illegal to be naked in your own house) blue laws should so get nailed on it, they aren't.....
