Books Online (not BUY them online, read them online)

    Alright, anyone else read books online? I was going to read mein kempf but fuck that. lol heres a link I have for classic novels, all on the website, I'm reading jane Eyre on there. take a peek and see if theres anything you like.

    ooh, yucky, i couldnt imagine funneling such creativity through my computer screen like i do so many other things, i'll take the library over the internet any day, although i imagine it must be cheaper to read books via internet than buying them, and you could also argue that its much less consumptive (is that a word?)

    I have read a couple through here... http://www.gutenberg.net. It's a great site. You can download files and stuff and read them offline.

    i like the library. i can't look at the computer screen that long. it makes me tired of it.

    oh yes, don't get me wrong, I adore the library, but not all books are there. It's nice to not have a due date.

    ohh, yes. it frustrates me when they don't have the book i want. i just can't handle the computer long. but either are better than paying for the book. i don't buy things i can get for free.

    It's hard on the trees, but you can always print it out.
