Bonnaroo and Moe.down 2005

I agree with you bradofcentralpa- we should welcome all the so called "custies" to any event. So what if they're there for the drugs and don't know the music? I remember a time when I didn't know any songs from moe. We should embrace the newcomers and show them the greatness and power of the music. I mean, we're all there for one common reason- TO HAVE A GOOD FUCKIN TIME, MAN!!! So let's all do that instead of worry about who is there for what reason.

By the way, where did you guys get your info about the 2 ppl who died at bonnaroo? Did you like, read the autopsy report or what? I read articles that said the deaths were caused by drugs mixed with dehydration, but I never read anything that said what they were on.

Oh yeah and any one who is interested in dates- Bonnaroo 2005 will be June 10-12 this year and moe.down will most likely be labor day weekend (I don't see why it wouldn't be, but ya never know)

It is sad. Everyone around here was freaking out about it when it happened. There was rumour going around for a long time that there would be no more Bonnaroo here. I was really relieved to hear they're gonna continue it. I've been every year and I so love going. Last year's crowd was somewhat different, I dunno. I'm sure I'll go to the next one. I may volunteer to work it and get in free. I can work a couple hours and just "go missing"..lol Do you think you're gonna get to go?? I'd like to meet some people from the forums, so whoever plans on coming, holler at me. That would be awesome.

i will probably end up going. last year was my first year, and it didn't live up to my expectations. the vibes were... weird. know what i mean? i liked it; the music was great! there were just so many disgusting drugs there. i actually heard a guy saying "CRACK!" as he passed me.. eeek. but yes, i will probably go again

 

Im prety sure Grand Theft Bus is playing at moe. down. they are a smalll band they is simpily incredible. there music is hard to come by but if yu ear it you wont be dissapointed. id go to moe. down just to see them.

 

I really dont mind, infact I enjoy people going to see moe. who have never seen them before, and hope they see them again in the future. What I DONT like is having beefed up security, UC's, drug dogs, etc. because of peoples stupid decisions in the past. That is what it comes down to for me.
