The BMI is not an accurate measure of health. It does not take into account individual body chemistry. You can not give a uniform acceptable weight for everyone. I assume you mean Bullshit? I have seen that show and I agree with some things, but not others. Some episodes have been one sided, but they admit they have an agenda.
