any of his earlier stuff is really, really good. Then he went down hill for 30yrs. and now hes got some decent stuff. His sons band, Wallflowers, is alright also. you can see his fathers influence in One Head Light

In the last 30 years he's written, recorded, and released Blood on the Tracks (the best Dylan album), Desire (one of the best and Hurricane is Dylan's favorite song of his), Street Legal (boring compared to the previous two but still not a bad album), Infidels (awesome album), Empire Burlesque (sure, its got crappy 80s synthesizers and sounds pretty commercialized, but Dylan made it work), Oh Mercy (his best album of the 80s and a decent record compared to his earlier stuff), Time Out Of Mind (what can I say... I love it :D), and Love and Theft (one of my 5 favorite Dylan albums)...

He didn't really go downhill... sure, all the albums he released in the 60s were great, but the last 30 years has just as many if not more great records than his 60s stuff.

    ....hurray for music nerds :D

I like the mid-to-late 60s better.... Bringing It All Back Home, Highway 61 Revisited, Blonde on Blonde, and Nashville Skyline are some of my favorite albums ever.

but the freewheelin' and another side are awesome!

"She said, "You gonna stay?" I said, "Yeeeeeeeahh!!"
damn i love that line, especially the live version on Biograph when he just f*ckin screams it.
Blood On The Tracks is pretty much the greatest album of all time, the only exceptions being a couple Neil Young albums.

haha i mean its the infamous album he "purposefully" tried to do badly. I dno i think its one of his more coocky albums, but i did enjoy it. Its funny, listen to the live like a rolling stone on this album, and you'll see he chose a version wehre he actually messes up the lyrics. But besides all that it does have a few good tunes.
