So, haven't eaten much today and bout ready to get some food...but I cannot make up my mind between opening up the Talenti Tahitian Vanilla Bean Gelato (yum).... or going a different route and making a BLT with the tomatoes Dan's mom brought over today (that she grew) and uh, yea the obvious, bacon and lettuce (romaine), mayo, seasonings, good bread...

Dessert or meal....hmm, cannot get my mind around which one sounds better...
maybe the sandwich and then the gelato?

Haha, what are you more in the mood for right now... a meal type thing or dessert/sweets?

Go with the foreign sounding one that seems like it came from a monkey's butt.

    A monkey's butt????

And seriously, I can be so indecisive sometimes that I've been known to eat neither (for a long time anyways) because I can't decide if I want dessert or meal. Just eat the food, right. Yar.

I'd go for the gelato, mainly because I don't eat bread/grains.

Mmmmmm, now THAT is an IDEA :sunny:

Yea, bread for me is a rarity. Don't eat much of it but don't never eat it either though. But, yea if someone didn't eat any bread I suppose they could just eat the lettuce, bacon and tomato as a salad...
Oh, I forgot to mention..the bacon is from a cow that my brother in law's friend butchered himself. It's pretty good. They brought us some a couple months ago.

meal furst. gelato later. listen to your body. you top off a meal with sweets so that you won't just keep eating. personally i don't see how anyone can handle sugar or greese either, on an empty stomic without it making them feel sick.

if your body has some sort of wierd deficiency that what needs it the sugar, then it is what it is. but for most people, we've been sold a diet that swindles our bodies of what they really need and want, so the corporate food industry can make lots of money pumping us full of cheap high fructose corn syrup.

Haha... I laugh because you are 100% correct. But, I eat very healthy usually. All I had eaten all day prior to the BLT (still haven't had the gelato yet and even the gelato isn't that unhealthy, if eaten in the proper portion), is blueberries, strawberries, 2 bananas and green beans... oh and a probiotic kefir smoothie. :)

And btw, I actually have a really strong stomach for some reason... it's been pointed out to me just the other day by my husband as I can handle all kinds of stuff that make him sick. But I take probiotics (pill form) and psyllium husks powder daily- which is what I credit my awesome digestion too) ;)

The gelato was so freaking good too. I almost ate the whole pint... had to force myself to stop eating it and be a nice girl and save some for Dan to have today. It was like pure heaven. :)

*yep I really liked it that much*
