Blow jobs are not degrading to women

When you have derogatory phrases like: "Go eat a dick," "Suck my cock," "Blow me," etc. I can sort of see where the myth of it being a degrading act to women would come from.

However, this idea is very false. I think blow jobs EMPOWER women.

If anything, when a girl gives me real good oral sex my muscle movements and vocal sounds become totally involuntary, and by breathing pattern changes. She takes over my bodily functions with her mouth, making him do certain things.

When a girl gives a guy a blow job, she dominates him!
(Whoever is at the giving end of the oral sex is the dominant one)

Any sex act can be degrading or not degrading-- it depends on how you approach it.

 

It also depends on what reasons it's happening for. If it's for love and relationship then no sex actions would be degrading for either side as long as it consensual.

I've seen the topic of blow jobs being degrading to women bounce around all over the Internet. 2nd wave feminism is mostly to blame in my opinion. As well as the derogatory statements in post 1.

I dated a girl a long while back, and I'd give her cunnilingus all the time and she never returned the favor. So I decided to stop doing sexual things with her all together.
