blog is short for web log...it's like an online form of a journal only it is public and open to other people's comments. Basically a rant page, or you can keep people updated on what is going on in your life. If you do a web search and type in blog you'll find tons of sites where you can set up your own free blog and get information on what a blog is.

I have never used a blog for this but I have done it in a real journal. It is a fantastic writing exercise tool.
