i'm not mad, but this is what i'm talking about you making me uncomfortable - telling somebody 24 years younger than you if you can put something in their butt
Blackie, lay off. If I see you continue to harass a member, I will report it to this forum's mod. BY the way, ANY mod can suspend you.... loveflower, water, water, water and fiber, but if you take a fiber supplement, go slow, ramp up, of the problem may get complicated. did the softener pills help the main problem?
the mod would make any decision, I'd only be giving a heads up. The site has a LONG history of problems that look like what you have going, and she asked you publicly to quit. be a gentleman. quit.

Wow, you guys.. he doesn't do this every waking second of everyday, I just felt he was getting too close in my personal space and I asked him to back off, and he did. That's all.
While ya'll are busy arguing technicalities there seems to be someone else in the health forum who needs advice and assistance that I do not know how to offer.
i think you can also break a blood vessel when you strain to hard. maybe that's what leads to hemmoroids. u should go to the doctor though. depending on what's wrong you may need antibiotics. it's not the cleanest of areas!
it felt like i was giving birth out of my ass it did bleed a little, the poo felt like a rock! i dont know if i want to go to a doctor for my butt.. is there anything over the counter?
When i was 17 i had an operation for haemorroids. I still get them now but not so bad. But what causes the bleeding wasnt actually the haemorroids, it was a fissure. Thats a cut in the passage. Anyway, you can get ointment and suppositories over the counter from a pharmacy which have local anaesthetic in (god too many long words - sorry for poor spelling) and that numbs the area removing any pain and also helps to reduce swelling of the actual haemorroids. i was in denial for two years before i saw my doc and he said that i would have them for the rest of my life because i left it so long. Well big grr to that! And as (here in Britain anyway) haemorroids are such a national joke, I was completely and utterly embarassed. However, I have since found out of many other people who have or have had the same problem. Its more common that I knew, people are just embarassed by it. My doc told me just to always keep your bum hole clean and stuff, to wash it regularly, eat enough fibre and always drink water with your food! Thats important! In the meantime if you are constipated and it hurts to go to the toilet take a laxative or two (as the packet describes) and remember to eat enough fibre and drink water in the future. Its more difficult these days in a world of fast food, hectic lifestyle and food on the go, but its important to look after our body too. If the problem continues though I recommend seeing your doc. It is embarassing but its nothing theyve not seen before. My doc looked at my ass, stuck his finger up my ass, pumped air into my ass which he said would make me fart, and the whole time there was a nurse in the room too...it was horrible. But so worth it ultimately. I havent bled there since and its such a relief. And my doc described himself as a 'bum doctor'. He sees bums and talks about poo all day every day year in year out, (s)he wont be embarassed so neither should you be if you can help it. I hope things sort out for you daisy
With my bad experience of low fat milk, I thought I would have a go at doing the opposite. I increased my intake of animal fats and what do you know,my bum has stopped bleeding.
I am loath to tell anyone not to be veg*n, as I don't like being preached to. I know there is cruelty involved in the livestock business but consider their wild counterparts. I have started a thread in Pets/Animals forum on the subject. http://hipforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46972
What about dosing yourself with coconut oil? It is 93% saturated fat and thought to be quite healthy.Tell us if things get any better.
Well if animal fats are predominatly saturated and stop my bum bleeding would coconut oil do the same for you as a vegan? Have a look at this link: http://www.powerhealth.net/articlecoconut.htm
