The word bichon comes from Middle French bichon ("small long-haired dog"), a diminutive of Old Frenchbiche ("bitch, female dog"), from Old English bicce ("bitch, female dog"), related to Old Norse bikkja("female dog") and German Betze ("female dog").[1][2]

I got my finger stuck in my ear  lol. I was trying to block all sound to see how my tinnitus was and then it got stuck and hurt when I tired to pull it out so I just sat there for a little while until in loosened.

That link brought me to amazon and I wanted a fire stick. Type it in and it's 144 bucks. I'm like wtf is up with that?? Then I see its Canadian loonies.

So now I'm wondering...is a fire stick really $100 more north of the borders.

a lot of times it shows an odd price until you choose options like size and colour...then it shows the real price

Not mine, no. I first noticed this maybe 4-5 years ago now, maybe more.. I remember I went to bed and my ears were ringing I thought well it'll go when I wake up.

I woke up and it was still there and it's never ever gone. I don't hear it all the time like just doing my day to day activities I don't notice it but if I concentrate it's always there.

It's odd though, I find it slightly comforting, and within that comfort it's almost like a friend of mine. I've always said I have a life long friend called tinnitus though it's quite literal too that, I'm so accustomed to hearing the ngggggggggg, I will often search for it if I can't hear it.

Mind you it could be head noise too a lot, but I've been rough on my ears since I was a child with the farm and the gun shots and then the motor shows and then the motor racing on through to my music to live gigs to big concerts and festivals.

I wear ear protection now.. but it's too late and my left ear is the worse it's definitely won't hear as good as the right ear and when I first started going to metal gigs it was the left side of the stage I would stand, so my keft ear got the worse from speakers.

I hear three noises in my left ear. The pinnnggggggg, a static frequency and then, at time I will hear Morse code. Di di diiiiii diiiii didi dididi.

I also find that now when at the pub etc. if too many people are talking to me they all just blend in to this one audible static frequency and their faces all turn into demons and I feel like screaming SHUT UP YOU DEMON FACES!! :D

My mom has bad tinnitus. Between that and my deaf grandfather I bought some ear plugs for concerts. Many times I had a ringing when the show was over. I never thought I would do that but it's not what I thought it would be at all. Instead of being muffled it's like turning the radio down. I can actuly hear what is going on a lot easier.

I remember one night we came out of a Motörhead gig, no protection and the walk back to the hotel all I heard was... to describe it was like thundering deafness. It was all just muffle but at the same time thunder?

Now I don't solely blame that gig, but that was the last gig before I really noticed it. The next gig was Fear Factor in which I wore the bright orange ear plugs in fact I went to an industrial supplier and bought thousands of them, a whole box at about 75€ from memory. I've barely used any they are in my garage now I carry them in my purse and bag and car and truck and everywhere just in case because even a local pub doing cover acts, I'll wear them.

And with me now I never understood this term until I got tinnitus but the saying "deafening sound of silence" is so true because in silent spaces even late at night in the woods, my ears "roar" or "blare" a deafening sound. Like they are vibrating, and they feel blocked.

Yeah I have ringing in my ears too. Too many punk/hardcore shows in my 20s. It's not real bad and I usually hear it at night. I started wearing ear plugs too.
