binaural and isochronic beats and brainwave tuning

I have been using a binaural frequency of 528 Hz,which is supposed to be a good natural Earth/Body frequency.It stimulates the Theta brainwave which operates during deep meditation and REM dream state.I have found it very beneficial during meditation,and have noticed improvement in my well-being since I started using it.I have found some of the binaural beats on youtube a bit stark and freaky,and prefer a background frequency tone to have some subtle musical modulations in it rather than just one or two pulsating frequencies.I suggest anyone interested just experiment for themselves and see what they like.

 

Robert Monroe invented "hemi-sync" , a little different that binaural beats .
