BIGGEST/TALLEST person you’ve ever encountered in real life?

    Ok, so not just asking “Who’s the tallest person in the world”? But just asking you personally, out of all the people maybe you’ve encountered or maybe consider friends or associates in your life. Who was/IS the “Tallest/Biggest” person you’ve ever stood across from and witnessed firsthand? Or basically was a “Giant” compared to you? And what was their height maybe?

    I think maybe one Id mention was a teacher back in college, don’t want to tell a big story about him, but he did tell the class he was 6 feet 7 inches??? Id say other than that, that’s probably “biggest” person I’ve ever seen in my real life?

    One time many years ago in Denver I got on a hotel elevator with about 6 members of the Seattle SuperSonics basketball team. Felt like I was 5 years old trying to see the tops of those guys.

    Just about every Dutchman! Try going to a concert in the Netherlands. You better be upfront, or you'll never see anything!
    The Dutch are the tallest people on the planet. I guess it's cause they need to keep their heads above the water line.

    At 6'5" myself I'm sure I can think of a dozen or so of times when I wasn't the giant in the room if I tried to.

    As a kid I once attended an appearance by Henry Hite, the world's tallest man at 8'2".
