Big Fluffy Buds or Compact Dense Buds

Which do you like better ?

i like mine compact and dense..

 

I'm partial to dense bud, but I like if it breaks up to a pretty fine powder. I like nice fluffy buds too as long as they don't fall apart too easily. What I don't like is bud that turns into a huge bag of shake by the time you get to the last quarter.

 

i don't discriminate, but if i had to choose, i think i'd go with dense.

fluffy might tend to have more stem branching and tiny little pieces of stem, and i don't like smoking stems.

fluffy would be preferred if you were a dealer though i think.

still though ..grinding up compact and dense buds is perfect for joints..

it seems like you get more for the weight with big fluffy buds than you do with the compacted dense buds...then again the compact buds bust open to lots of weed too...

 

A smart dealer will always break the weed up a bit so it looks like you got more. A few dense nugs always look better then one unless maybe it is the type that is so pretty it's almost a shame to smoke it.

 

a smart dealer wont be dealing with 1/8 or gram bags, they will be dealing in pounds and know what they get. :mickey:

just like it only seems like more bud if a "good dealer" breaks it up for you. i'd rather have my nugs intact.
but when you sell weed i'm sure there are always a couple people trying to get a deal or something, so you focus on presentation for the annoying people.

fluff for me!!

I like how it makes it easier to proportion for a bowl. Dense isn't as measurable.

 

i find the dense bud is usually more likely to be indica, fluffy and wispy is more likely to be a sativa. i like both of them.

 

I mostly like small dense compact... Because that's how most indica dominant buds are

 

dense or fluffy has nothing to do with the contents, nor the quality.

the only beef i have with this is, its like marketing fruit and veggies these days. big fat beautiful strawberries that taste like shit but make for a nice photo.

that said, theres nothing like a nice hard compact rock of thc
