    From your link:
    The section you quoted:
...applies in that Trump and his cohorts have claimed that those pardoned by Biden commissioned crimes and legal proceedings should be taken agaisnt them.

Biden has not pardoned anyone for any crime that anyone has said they haven't committed yet.

Take the example of retired General Mark Milley, "Trump has accused Milley of treason and appeared to suggested he should be executed". ~ USA Today
Trump has accused Milley of a crime that he has already committed but no legal proceeding has yet been taken.
Biden did not pardon him for some future accusation of a crime that hasn't even been conceived.

Or take Anthony Fauci: "The executive order, which covers actions dating back to January 1, 2014, ostensibly shields Fauci from allegations tied to U.S.-funded gain-of-function research in addition to his work during the COVID-19 pandemic. ~ Newsweek"

Of course none of this really matters because as we have seen Trump has no regard for the law, justice, ethics, or morals...so he'll do whatever he wants anyway.
Like, oh I don't know, pardoning over one thousand five hundred convicted criminals, some who violently attacked police officers and broke into the capitol building in an attempt to stop federal governmental proceedings during a transfer of presidential power.
..and thus putting over 1,500 convicted criminals and domestic terrorists back on our streets.

    @MeAgain

Well said and thank you for saving me the trouble of tackling the pardon aspect of this.

And thanks to Lena for coming back in but I’ll say that there’s a big difference between dozens of documents and thousands.

There’s also a difference between Biden (and Pence) immediately turning over what was found at their homes and offices and the way that Trump refused to do so to the extent that he had people moving them and hiding them. He fought to keep them and of course lied through his veneers while doing so.

I gathered at that time that’s it’s oddly common for politicians to bring documents home and lose track of them. It’s not a great excuse but makes an apples and oranges comparison here easy.

Anyway, it blows my mind to encounter any woman who can defend Trump against anything but it’s your right to do so and I respect it, which is more respect than you’d ever get from him.

I don't. When cult members cannot be helped, what's left is to ignore them.

Asshole Joe will pardon or commute sentences of anyone. Murders, no death sentence, lets just feed and house the shits for the rest of their lives. So what if they killed someone brutally, we shouldn't kill them. And don't forget about asshole's son. He was just trying to help out daddy. Pardons are mostly just bullshit.

People who physically assault cops and Gvmt. workers do not deserve a pardon. Wanton destruction of Gvmt. property does indeed deserve punishment.

Republicians who get charged up about criminal gangs trashing retail stores or assaulting users of public transportation can just bring that outrage over to the assault on our capital on January 6th.

Pardoning Govmt. employees is different from a pre-emptive pardon of family members.

They'll be coming out of their holes now that Trump has given them permission to spew their hate and violence.
