Biden Corrected On GA Voting Bill

This Georgia voting bill has been in the news lately.

"So where would Biden get this perception that ordinary workers were getting the shaft because the state would “end voting at five o’clock"? We have one clue."

Can this bill be called a racist bill when white voters in Georgia will have to vote according to the rules in it also?

 

This info says Georgia voters can still receive water under this bill.

 

Biden corrected on GA voting bill... but he and his administration haven't accepted it.
