The Bible question is about reading with one another. I read with you now. We are at the Light of the times from the Past in those words. GOD is the answer for the spirit/idea of peoples following the ruled State. Are there any other lights? Jesus then; Jesus now?

Does anything happy come from the Bible?
As in, anything except confusion arguments and fear?

The Bible does nothing but occupy space. Confusion, arguments, and fear are human occupations.

    Yes.
The Bible does not promote confusion, arguments or fear.

Is this what your "spirit" tells you?

Actually, I learned that a book is a book and there are no such thing as monsters when quite young, long before I began to have deeper questions about the world.

I dunno man, this book may just be a book but it has been an active force in getting me to know myself in a much deeper way, something that I haven't found anywhere else, at least not at the same depth as the Bible has for me.

That is the information in the book. Books are inanimate.

Definitely, but the information in that book is active and that information is available in the Bible.

For the word of God is alive and exerts power and is sharper than any two-edged sword and pierces even to the dividing of soul and spirit, and of joints and [their] marrow, and [is] able to discern thoughts and intentions of [the] heart. (Hebrews 4:12)

So the word of God is a living word not a written one. Thank you for pointing that out.

Then we say, it is written, or we can read in the bible such and such thing, not the bible says. Bibles do not have vocal chords, brains, or mouths, to speak from or with.

People do not believe that the Bible has vical chords, that when you open the Bible a voice starts telling you the word of God. But the Bible was written from what God was saying - so technically it is the word of God.

So, when you read the Bible, it is telling you someting. No need to get caught up in whether it's read or spoken!

You are not the judge of the Holy Spirit. Nor are you the judge of my individual spirit. It is one thing to debate material interpretations, it is quite another to deny the Holy Spirit.

The person that I am dealing with does not recognize the spoken word lest it agree with his interpretation of the written word. Further he bases his "authoritative" interpretations on the works of other interpreters. Sometimes not even from the bible, but from science fiction books. I know this man to be a child of God and that God is truly his source, however the human intellect can become confused.

I do not judge or deny the Holy Spirit but if someone disagrees with what was written by the Holy Spirit, the Bible and says a "spirit" told him to, I have to question whether the Holy Spirit would disagree with its self and wonder if that "spirit" may not be something other than the Holy Spirit. ;)
