was waiting for the summer sun to rise
the night is dark and deep for now
the dream awaits the lover's sigh
i dreamed you out if the question
in my sleep i stole your smile
from the sky
i dreamed you down to taste you
to swallow all the days to follow
to stall this moment
to abandon ever after
to step inside your name
your laughter
to wallow in the days to follow
