You might want to try Accumulation by New Belgian Brewing, a white IPA that has all the flavor a winter beer should have and is similiar to Sam Adams White Christmas this year. Cheers!
As you all know==Belgium got some bloody good beer tradition, breweries etc.. every fucking beer got its own glass even..oh?? I found a beer recently which usually is sold as a winter beer(ah) it's called Bush Noel...and at 12%..is the most potent beer over here... my favorite beer is kasteelbier(Castle beer)which is 11% a few of these Bush Noel..it does work a bit...their brewery is in Pipaix... http://www.br-dubuisson.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=13&Itemid=17&lang=en
A couple of days ago I had a pint of Southern Tier IPA for the first time. It was excellent, similar to Brooklyn Lager, my favorite. Today, on the advice of a guy at the liquor store, I bought a six-pack of Southern Tier 2XONE. Ah, very nice, even more interesting.
i don,t know? don,t get me wrong, i love beer, but i,m not as thristy in the cold winter. (been drinking rum- coke the past couple weeks) those IPA beers kick my ass i drink too much/fast for those lol.
Its not a special seasonal or anything, but I love a good oatmeal porter in the winter. I usually get Highlands Oatmeal Porter
