The Indigo Festival 2010, somewhere in the backlands of Israel still stands out for me. If you look closely you can probably see me somewhere in the crowds. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eiJZ-Z0R0pE"]Indigo Festival 2010 Official DVD Part 13 - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ko1f3Oa70us"]Indigo Festival 2010 Official DVD Part 2\3 - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImOk5S5KU2c"]Indigo Festival 2010 Official DVD Part 3\3 - YouTube
Is this like music festivals? Wacken! I've been to several of these. Oktoberfest I attend every year at least a good week of it. And I like folk festivals.
Warped tour 2003. They actually had some quality bands that year. Riot Fest 2012 & 2013. I used to go to a lot of shows. Now I'm more picky and don't do as many festivals unless there are a handful of bands I already like that are going to be there. I do like checking out the smaller stages for new bands though. Now I usually go to see specific bands play. I'm headed to Chicago next month to see Dropkick Murphys. I've seen them probably 7 or 8 times already but they always put on a great show.
Probably Coachella 2002ish? RHCP headlined, I saw Underworld and the Mars Votla played on a side stage. I remember we drove out there and bought tickets from a scalper that ended up being fake. But the girl checking tickets didnt care and let us in anyways. We had an amazing night.

So we walked back out for the car and let people ride on the outside into a field where we camped. I remember the storming of the bread trucks. Among other things. We were there three days.
i honestly have to say, and i'm sorry whatever problems anyone might have with my saying so, but the best in every way, have been furry conventions. i've only been to music festivals, vicariously, through live coverage, by non-comercial radio stations. i've been to a few concerts though of various kinds and also other kinds of conventions, like science fiction and train shows.
