Music. Thoughts of people I love. Thinking about art, writing, film and nature. Getting immersed in these things.

Sometimes empathizing with the sadness of others can give me a brain tingle, even though it is sad. It's a terrible thing to be continually unhappy.

Feeling safe.

Another thing that triggers this is.....I have to call insurance companies a lot at work and whenever I get an Indian call center, something about the Indian accent does it for me lol. Its very melodic. It never happens when speaking with American call centers. I've never told anyome that before because it sounds really weird lol

 

haha that one is kida odd. I get it when i watch someone like shop and pick up products and read the labels. I have no idea why though lol.

Getting your hair washed at the salon is so relaxing, as is getting your fingernails taken care of (warm soak, cuticles, etc)

really really quiet. never having to hear anything that sounds like a human voice, except when you want to.

not having to worry about anything without having to be a slave to anything to not have to.

i think these are the two best.

the gratifications that come from creating, exploring, and being generous when you have the means to, having the means to, and doing so,
