Best Era for music - 90's period.

i have been over "mainstream" music since the 80s......and the only part of the 90s that put out great music (in my opinion) was before '95.

I'm getting to the point where my musical tastes keep getting older and older. Old music just does something for me.

But one band since the new millenium that I really love?? The White Stripes.

They dont over- elaborate their music, the lyrics are great, they are multi-faceted. They just play some great music.
