Best drugs/things for schizophrenia/schizo-effective disorder.

I've found benzodiazepines, opiates, kratom, and ambien all help a lot. When on these drugs if I smoke low thc marijuana (under 1%) with high cbd, it helps and lets me think clearer. I've found something called L-Methylfolate and it's a life savior and I recomend it at doses of about 15mg a day. You can get it online or through your doctor as Deplin. Anyone with drugs that help them through there schizophrenia/schizo-effective disorder I'd love to hear what helps you. Also, I'd like to hear what helps you with your schizophrenia other that drugs. Olanzapine works pretty well for me.....though, it's possible I might need more to totally clear symptoms.
