I'm interested, what was your best discovery in 2017? Could be anything, book, TV show, Album, restaurant, walking route (although it'd be cool if it was something we could all discover based on your recommendation) What did you discover in 2017 that made you wonder how you'd got by without it all these years?
African Bush (safari). Its amazing to see wildlife so up close in their natural environment. I was also amazed of how locals were able to identify animals so accurately without seeing them. Just by sound, paw prints, manure, and even marks on the tree.
My Best Discovery Was My "Inner Self"......After All The Legal Battles With My Brother Regarding The Sale Of The Family Farm My Doctor Described Me As A "Wreck".......3 Years Later The Old GLEN Started To Kick In.......Nowadays I Am More Content And Happier Than Iv'e Been In Years. Had High Blood Pressure But For Months Now It Has Been Consistantly In The Normal Range. Yes, Finally I Would Describe Myself As Being.....Happy.....Calm.....Organised.....And Content. Now If Skip And Chris Would Just Fix Those &%#@(* Logouts My Life Would Be Perfect.... Cheers Glen.
I think the best thing that I discovered in 2017 was stumbling upon HF. It is about the only site where I can have light hearted banter and serious discussions on an open forum where anyone can join in. The main thing that sets it apart from other sites is that members who question or disagree with my views enter into articulate conversation without throwing personal insults and resorting to "F" adjectives.
giant snails and their highway system on pluto. i'm sure that has to be some weird natural affect that has nothing to do with anything living. according to the scale on the images, the silly things would have to be nearly a mile long. but whatever they are, i sure wish i could get a closer look at whatever the heck it is that i'm seeing. its that they seem to be following what looks like a system of roads. i'm kind of surprised all the conspiracy nuts haven't latched onto this one yet. but then i'm also kind of grateful if its actually fallen below their radar. they do sort of give me a headache.
Alexa play the Grateful Dead. Im sorry I dont know that one, here are some samples of popular music...
He's pretty fun. I have only two albums, little big man & phantom of the Opera. I remember buying them off some dodgy site when I turn 18 and got a credit card. and for years they'd sit idle, for several years. Every now and again id get the spur to listen to the title track little big man, but I decided I needed them on my music player on my phone so I ripped them to media player and then in the garage with the stereo and thought man where has this been for all these years! It's so good. Little big man is just classic from start to finish. Phantom has a few really banging tracks but some slow down emo shit in there. I just like the wicked shit.
I don't know that I've heard his solo stuff. I just remember him from the Geto Boys. Now, Scarface, on the other hand...his solo stuff was wicked!
Was he geto boys? I thought that too but then I also thought it may have been grave diggaz, or maybe both lol. I'll have to check them out they basically pioneered the horrorcore underground scene that I love. I don't think I've heard of scarface the rapper. seen the movie.
Well, if you've heard Get Boys, you've herd Scarface. Here. This was probably his biggest song. See if you recognize it:
