My unofficial vote goes to Hull, just for the "Hullabaloo" sketch on Talking To Americans... my real vote [even thgouh ive been to all of those cept St Johns Newfoundland and maybe montreal] though goes to Edmonton, cause it is the only one i am very familiar with
I voted Montreal because there is no other city in Canada so vastly diverse and multicultural. It's the best, because anyone and everyone has been able to fit in. btw, I'm new!
I vote Brantford, Ontario. AHahha. Anyone who's been here probably thinks I'm joking. HAHAhahah. I love this place. It's so grungey. If I have to vote for anything on the list though... I pick Toronto. It's very diverse and.. They have everything there.
Havent been to all of them on the list and I do agree that Saskatoon should be on that list since its a fantastic city imo. I cant imagine how Toronto can be doing that well although granted its big enough to have something for everyone. Vancouver has a certain sort of appeal but having just spent a week there Im more than happy to leave as well. Calgary is actually a very nice clean and neat city but not much more than a 'Head Office' town. Not what I would think of for some sort of 'place to go see' sorta thing. Overall... I like Edmonton. Great people, interesting places to see and enough things to do. A good 'youth' feeling and of course the Oilers heh. Im surprised Halifax is not doing much better so far? Quebec City - Ive never been but everyone keeps telling me its simply awesome??
I dunno man edmontons pritty dirty, what with the drunk homeless indians and all the lebs that are fresh off the boat.
Vancouver for the win! Although I'm incredibly fond of Montreal and London as well... I spend a lot of time in Windsor, although it's really not such a great place. :\ Decent shopping though. And yeah, why isn't Victoria on there? It's a beautiful place!
Nice to see my hometown in the lead. I am in love with Montreal and can never leave! But there are so many beautiful cities in Canada that deserve credit as well. I remember loving B.C. I have good friends there and they seem to be settling in quite nicely. I also love the Maritime provinces.
I think Im the only one who voted Quebec City. To me its like travelling to Europe, but its only 3 hours away. Great architecture, culture, and CARIBOU (the booze). Peace
depends on what you're looking for... but i agree, victoria needs some presence on the list! This city is treating me okay lately
i have been to all those cities and my choice is none of the above ..i'm not a city person even though i have lived in many of them and have relatives living in just about every city listed above i live 20 miles from the city now and it's too close
After all the stuff coming out of Detroit accusing Windsor of being "Sin City".....I'd vote for Windsor! But only 'caus I'm a party animal. Ever been to the "Dominion House" in that fine city ???
