The training at the academy covers a few key points 1. everyone lies to you. They would not be seeing you if they were a good person 2. You as the officer know better than anyone else including lawyers and doctors. You are in the field they are not 3. You must determine as soon as you meet someone who is guilty. This can all be misused.
Funny you selectively choose to divert attention to that when clearly what I was referring to was his idiotic remark about white people not knowing what it's like to live in a ghetto or be poor. I will not disagree that blacks are profiled and often mistreated by police, but Bernie took it to a whole other level of stupidity. I agree that old, crusty white fucks like Bernie do not know what it is like to be poor and live in a ghetto, because they are rich. Bernie likes being rich, he just doesn't want you to be.
I still feel kind of like Bernie is a pretty good source for the educated. It's like everything he says has been discussed in great detail in all of my college courses - from Economics on down. I feel like there is an issue of principal that certain actors would like to exploit though. That is the issue of Americans fear of communism which has prevailed since the 1950s (at least... - I'm not up to speed on the communist timeline). I think that we might lose an election (but at the same time raise awareness by leaps and bounds) over allegations of communism.
Wtf does (american) KFC has macaroni and cheese? Mashed potatoes makes slightly more sense as they could go well with different forms of chicken (i imagine). KFC in the Netherlands is a fast food chicken restaurant: no dishes like mac and cheese
I'm not sure why you say he doesn't want people like unfocusedanakin (a.k.a. the average joe) to be wealthy. Could you explain? I may hope, and suspect , its not merely because 'he's socialist'.
White people really don't know what it's like to be poor and live in a ghetto, though. I mean, I'm sure a few poor, white people live in ghettos, but from what I've seen it's predominantly black folk living there. The media searches for any little thing it can possibly attach itself, too, though. And it's funny that Pressed Rat of all people goes for that. "Bernie said white people don't know what it's like to be poor!" Rubbish.
Eh makes sense. Local preferences. All those fast food chains adapt to local tastes to a certain extent.
It sounds like more "identity politics" to me. Am I using this right? It's all about race. ONLY this type of person could possibly have the empathy and knowladge to see how life is in this part of America. Anyone with eyes and ears can see the racial issues in America. Bernie is a great man using his voice to help others.
It looks likes the meaning of Sanders words are clear, you just act like he ment something different with it. If you acknowledge black people in ghettos are above average subject to a certain behavior by the police, which you do, you're basically on the same page. You're at odds with his wording at best (correct me if im wrong here please). The assertion is made that white people on average don't really get how this must feel. It doesn't seem the meaning of his words are to imply that there are no poor white people living in ghettos or something. Although it may sound like that because of his wording, insisting he ment it like that is ignoring the exact context.
It's just that mac and cheese is a popular dish here as well since i think the 70s. But only at home, and maybe in some restaurants. I never expect it at any fast food joint here, certainly not at the chicken focussed one
Candidates have to be so uber careful with what they say or the media will turn it into a circus. I really dislike that. Everybody has to play their little game.
KFC originates from the southern US and here we eat our fried chicken with a side of mac n cheese. Mac n cheese is on the menu at any meat and 3 restaurant (soul food) around here. But is predominately just on kids menus outside of the meat and 3 type restaurant Kfc mac n cheese sucks though
Here the kids menu in 'normal' restaurants usually consists of frites and apple sauce. Or at least they used to be for the most part of my life. Eating habits and what's standard in restaurants are slowly changing to more healthy and durable Not saying fast food joints aren't also still fairly popular
