After union negotiations, all campaign staffers now make $15 or more an hour. So Bernie allowed his staff to unionize, which is a novel thing in the campaign world anyways, and the union negotiated higher pay and better hours, doing exactly what unions are designed to do.
And this despite Sanders already paying the highest wages out of all presidential campaigns

What this cartoon is saying is that illegal immigrants are not a benefit to the lower or middle classes, but only help the rich. By providing cheaper labor so the rich won’t have pay higher wages or do the menial chores themselves. Thanks for proving my point

So what happens in real life?

In my community there are two men who own most rental properties apartment buildings, duplexes, homes etc. they are both millionaires.
For several years I've watched from afar whenever remodeling or repairs of any kind are needed. It goes down like this, a crew of Mexican/other Hispanic people show up, none appear to speak a word of English but they do a great job and work quickly. As soon as they're done they disappear as quickly as they came.

I can't help but believe every one of these people are being paid sub par wages in cash under the table.
